1. Recently learned from a man that started a graduate school for Bible translators that the name University could get me into legal trouble unless I will be offering credits and issuing degrees. So now is the time to CHANGE the name.
2. There have already been many suggestions that went on a blog for prayer. At the end there is a link to a blog to collect the names for your prayers. Kindly make your suggestions soon.
CURRENT
A. Sinuses have been draining much more than usual. May God guide me in how to pray and act.
B. Still seeking a dentist that will help with urgent need at little or no cost. Pray for things not to get worse in the meanwhile.
C. Daily quiet time always has room for improvement.
UPCOMING
i. Rescheduled meeting with the missions pastor for this Wednesday. That is when he had it on his calendar.
ii. Also 1230 lunch meeting on Wednesday with one of the most generous donors.
iii. The school where I work will be closed during the week of Christmas. I need to use that time most wisely. That includes REST and fund raising for short term and long term. I need to replace the weeks pay that will not come in the paycheck.
iv. The continual challenge for me is to keep it briefer. The Frequently Asked Questions FAQ format is one way to communicate much in a small space. I am dealing with that for the next two weeks. It will be on the web site and as a hand out when I see someone face-to-face.
v. The face-to-face flip chart needs to be pruned to become shorter.
vi. Please pray over wish lists OSU and JSO listed under Resources
vii. A key part of the FAQ and flip chart is the vision of milestones toward the fully mature ministry.
viii. Pray fervently for the new name I need it SOON.
ix. Seeking a older version of Power Point for my home computer or for someone to buy a new version.

I tend to excel on the free style kinds of expressions.
But I need to improve on the compulsory activities.
FAITH LESSONS
As a child of God this earth is not your home.
You are an eternal creation that will be at home in heaven.
While on this fallen world you are a stranger, alien, pilgrim and sojourner.
Meanwhile, your heavenly Father has you here to be about His business.
You are now a priest unto your God.
You can go directly to God for yourself and others.
You are now an ambassador for Christ.
Your message of reconciliation is an appeal to be reconciled to thru Christ.
You can request what you need from heaven to do God’s will on earth.
When you talk to Jesus, know that He is touched with what troubles you.
By FAITH, you can stand fully on what the Bible promises.
During the moments you are praying TOTALLY trust God.
NOW faith is the assurance of things hoped for.
So express your faith DURING prayer.
AS you pray EXPECT that God both hears and will SURELY answer.
Do not doubt, BELIEVE.
Come as a small child to the best daddy in the universe.
Hope for a yes and accept a no.
Place MANY requests before God and surely there will be lots of yeses.

NAME CHANGE
12-15-03
Today I talked with a man that has recently began a school for Bible translators.
I learned that I need to change the name of Our Stewardship University.
I could wind up in legal trouble by using the term UNIVERSITY
unless I offered regular classes, credits and degrees..
That is far too complicated and costly for the kinds of basic and practical lessons
that the ministry will offer.
Pray for the new name.
May God guide and confirm.
I have loved the term OUR for years.
We need to learn to work together better in doing God’s will.
This plural possessive pronoun is what we American need more of,
plus it is what believers enjoy in most of the rest of the world
and it is closer to the biblical model.
STEWARDSHIP is the central theme.
All believers will give an account of the stewardship
of their time, talent and treasure.
The Networking Hub, Information Clearinghouse and Education Nucleus can
Help people to help themselves.
Over the weekend when I made the first videos
the concept of COMMUNITY came up.
Often I pointed to the slide show to indicate how we have need of each other.
Together we can better love one another and communicate the truth in love.
The term community goes well with OUR.
SO the TENTATIVE name right NOW is
Our Stewardship Community.
It is brand new to me.
I am not sure if I like it or dislike it.
Maybe God has another name.
Please pray for clear guidance in the choice of the name.
