Light for My Path

This is the light for my path from where I am today.
These are the short term steps of the revealed will of God.
I will use these as references when communicating others.
I seek interaction with intercessors, advisors and accountably partners.
Soon there will be a new web site for the Launch Team.

PROCESSES
Slices
Slice up the goals and projects into tiny units.
The image is thin slices of a big whole …like the meats in a deli.
Share these with intercessors and accountability partners.
Commit to specific actions by certain dates.
Report on progress and/or difficulties.
Keep moving toward challenging goals at a realistic pace.

New Goal
4-29-04
Made good progress after the Tardy message.
But it is not ready to be shared with you.
I work many hours on the Help Desk today and tomorrow.
New goal is to send you a sample by midnight Friday.
I am off Saturday and then I will work on the face to face core story plus site map.
The Launch Team web site is coming together.

I am late.
I made a commitment to get out a sketch of the work in progress before midnight.
And it will be late.
When I got home from work I was more tired than expected.
I took a nap.
I expected it to be one hour but it turned into four hours.
I am rested and will send you something is a few hours.
These wee hours of the night/morning are the best for my mind and body.
I told my accountability partner today that I will focus on the tiny slices.
I will go back into the various Tuesday Briefings and other updates.
I will pull out the practical steps mentioned there.
I will work with him and you to keep things moving forward.
PRAY for this good plan to become real actions.
One of my spiritual gifts is administration.
It is easy and natural for me to plan and organize.
But the implementation is where I have been weak.
In my weakness His strength is made perfect.

Recently created a place on the web to serve as the central cross roads for the MANY blogs and web sites that I have and will create. Each one has a purpose and audience. Some people may wish to explore others. So here is the central nexus http://crossroads4jso.blogspot.com/ ·
A coworker recommended a different blog host that offers more interactive options. I went there to create a site for the Launch Team. This will help me to keep the intercessors, advisors and donors up to date. While exploring the others that use this service I found that they are mostly teens. I rarely interact with teens offline. But I have begun a profile blog there and a blog that asks Important Questions. You can find the links from the list mentioned previously.·
Throughout the day and night I LONG to communicate with various people about spiritual matters. This is a step in that direction. Pray for God to guide me and bless those who come to my blog.
· The paperwork for the nonprofit status went to Austin last week. May it become processed quickly. Then I can give tax deductible receipts for donations.·
God has been granting me wonderful times of communication with the members of the Board of Directors. They know what is going on inside of me as well as the external developments.
CURRENT ·
We are still in the birthing process. The ministry is INSIDE of me. It needs to find a home on the web and be shared with others by means of face-to-face presentations. When it is OUTSIDE of me it can grow and mature with the interactions of the intercessors, advisors and donors.
· It has been a mental, emotional and spiritual battle just to spend time on the ministry. There has been a computer virus infection on the network where I work. Plus this is the end of the term. My time at work has been much more stressful than usual and I needed to work some extra hours. That is good for the paycheck but adds to the fatigue. Pray for the quick and complete solution to the computer virus problem.
UPCOMING
· I will send you a sample of the progress on both finding the CORE STORY for the face-to-face presentation plus the initial outline for the site map of the soon to be launched web site. I will send you a sample of this by midnight 4-28.
· And then I will slice tiny goals to share with you to keep me moving.

Previously I asked permission by the manager of the flower shop at Baylor Hospital to take pictures in his store. I discovered that nearly all the flowers were at peak there by contrast in the flower gardens only the minority are at peak.
