I have invested hundreds of hours over these years and the presentation gets longer instead of shorter.
I am in the process of seeking professional consultants who will give me a bid for what it will take to get the presentation to the next level. I will take that bid to donors to sponsor.
The fund raising consultant will give a bid to craft a very short and focused presentation. Recently they have been 30 to 60 minutes. The aim is 8 to 15 minutes.
Also the strategic planning and project management consultant will give a bid to craft a wise way to launch the many related parts of the ministry along with well defined projects to accomplish each goal.
From there I will have a streamlined presentation that I would be less afraid to show strangers. Also the new contacts will be more willing introduce me to their business associates when they see that I do not ramble so much. I will show these donors the game plan that I will be following to be prepared for hurricane season starting on June 1st.
I met a executive coach providentially as I was leaving the meeting with the business owner earlier this week. He consults businesses and Christian ministries so he has understanding from both worlds. He asked me to send him a brief overview of my current situation and needs for his services. He will review these as he is out of town then we will meet when he returns.
I am grateful to God for bringing just a professional helper into my life at such a time as this. It will help me just to write a simple summary for him. As I put this into a generic format it can become a benchmark for the ministry currently and one part can become a general prayer request.
This weekend I plan to sign up with Blue Host www.bluehost.com that will save money after I have migrated my current web sites over there. Also it will make it affordable to launch several small web sites that are nearly ready. So watch for new sites soon and pray for anointed times of creative concentration.

COMPLETED · God gave much grace amidst recent valleys of depression and anger.· Creditor extended a deadline until payday this Friday and that was a relief.
CURRENT · Need to complete a few more one-page summaries of the ministry and publish them on the web.· Need to sort out the various revisions of the one-page units and much more. I have had versions on my computer at home, at work, on a borrowed laptop, on the web and on a flash drive. I need to develop a system so these are not confusing.· Been revising an essay titled God Loves You. It was one page. Now it is two pages. It feels like it will go to three pages. I will publish it on the web and send a link soon.
UPCOMING · Lunch meeting with a pastor today at 11:30.· Meeting with a business owner and executive coach at 2:00 today.· Meeting with a member of my home church that has gone on mission trips on Wednesday at 5:30.· Helping a seminary student set up his first web site on Saturday at 3:00. He has written a book and has other teachings to offer.· Need to use Yahoo Group to better inform those intercessors that want to track and pray for meetings.
